Forms
Pick your HubSpot forms in the three modules that embed one, and style every form from the theme settings.

Mistral Pro uses your own HubSpot forms. None is bundled, and three modules are shipped with no form selected on purpose: a form ID belongs to one account and would not resolve in yours.
Where forms appear
| Module | Where it is used | Field to fill |
|---|---|---|
| Contact details with embedded form | Contact page, "Contact details with newsletter band" section | Form |
| Lead capture hero with embedded form | Landing page full width, Landing page with sidebar, Landing page content download | Form |
| Newsletter signup band | Blog listing page, "Contact details with newsletter band" section | Form |
Select a form
- Open the page in the editor and click the module.
- In the Content tab, find the Form field and choose one of your forms.
- Publish.
Until you do, the published page simply omits the form card — headings, text and contact details still render — while the page editor keeps an empty card in place so you can see the layout. Once a form is selected, its fields, labels and submit button follow your Forms theme settings, so it matches the site with no extra styling.
The three form modules
Contact details with embedded form
Two columns: on one side the heading, a list of contact details (icon — email, phone, location, office, website, team, directions, external link — label, value, optional link) and social links (LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, X, Behance, email); on the other side the HubSpot form inside a framed card, with an optional text above it. Details left and form right, or the reverse; icon tiles neutral or accent.
Lead capture hero with embedded form
The opening block of a landing page: the offer argument on one side (eyebrow, two-tone heading, description, a list of what the offer includes, an optional offer image styled as an ebook cover, a framed screenshot or unframed), the form inside a conversion card on the other (card heading, text above, small print under). Three layouts: argument left, form card right; argument on top, form card below; sticky form card only — the card alone, sticky inside a narrow column, used by the Landing page with sidebar template. Optional radial glow; colour schemes include a dark panel.
Newsletter signup band
An accent, dark panel or near-black panel with a two-tone heading, a supporting text and a subscription form inside a light card, with optional small print. Rounded panel inside the container or full-width band; column balance text / card.
Style every form once
Settings → Content → Themes → Mistral Pro → Edit theme settings → Forms styles the form card, labels and help text, fields (background, border, radius, placeholder, focus ring, error colour) and the submit button. It applies to the classic and the new forms editor. Success and error messages use the Status colors of the Colors group. See Theme settings.
Other forms in the theme
- The blog post can show HubSpot's blog subscription form under the article (Show blog subscription form, off by default). See Blog.
- The system pages (password prompt, subscription preferences, unsubscribe, membership) use HubSpot's own forms, styled by the same settings. See System pages.
- The thank-you page template is the natural redirect target of your forms: set it as the form's redirect in the form editor.
